Links keeps it simple. Our business is designed to integrate our costs into your COGS. We are not typical in the warehousing convention by charging for every action performed. We find this method an accounting nightmare for us and our clients. It is a method that is difficult to control or predict.  Our business model is based on providing our customers with an easily calculated fixed costs to their business based on a variable of sales. We do this by proposing to invoice based on a percentage of sales or on a fixed cost per item. Our fees are ALL INCLUSIVE of everything within scope that is agreed to in a signed agreement between us with the exception of freight, clearance and specified material costs. Typically this will include all inbound activities, storage, and outbound. The percentage or fixed fee that we apply will depend completely upon the results of our discovery process regarding your business. Typically we look at three key factors. One, Real estate; Two, Labour; and Three, Administration.
